Class A unidirectional flow hood is an air purification equipment that provides Class A unidirectional flow and creates a local high cleanliness environment. Its working principle is to pass the air through the high efficiency filter at a certain wind speed, and the pressure is equalized by the damping layer, so that the clean air flow is unidirectionally flowed to the working area, so as to obtain the flow pattern and cleanliness required by the working protection area.Class A unidirectional flow hood can be used singly or in multiple combinations. The A-level one-way flow hood working area is the aseptic core area. The operator needs to open the equipment from the B-level background environment according to the defined SOP to perform process operations and interventions. These actions need to be formulated according to the risk of the product. The operator should avoid contact with the sterile core part, if contact is required, isolation gloves or half-length clothes should be used.
